Celebrate Every Step

Over on Signal vs. Noise Ryan talks about how celebrating every bit of progress in the development process serves as a form of quality control, along with using the software you're creating. Not sure that celebration = quality control, but I don't think that is what he is trying to say. What I do think is very valid is the idea of celebrating achievement along the way, rather than sweating until everything is done and then having a "celebration" when everyone is burnt out and wants to go home! The former way has got to be more fun, and more motivating!
